Free Email Disclaimer

Dec 7 , 2009 by Matthew Clark

Email disclaimers help to prevent legal issues caused by the content of your or your employees email. I have attached several disclaimers below, feel free to use them, or parts of them. Email disclaimers are placed at the bottom of all email communications and include various legal terms to help you not fall foul of the law when emails are sent or forwarded on.

Email Disclaimers will help reduce legal issues, but they are not a shield and can only help you to protect against libelous content.
